  • As soon you know your travel plans, call & make a reservation

 

• IMMUNIZATIONS

  • Vaccinations are REQUIRED before your dog enters the facility

  • Gruene Barks and Rec requires the following vaccinations

    • 1 year or 3 year Rabies Vaccine.

    • 1 year or 3 year DHPP

    • 6 months bordetella (kennel cough vaccine)

• FOOD

  • We suggest you bring your own food to avoid an upset tummy

  • Please prepackage food in zip-lock bags (one serving per bag)

  • A seal-able container with a serving size measuring cup included so we know how much to serve

  •  If you prefer us to supply food or forget your own- no problem! We serve Diamond Natural Lamb & Rice Formula dry adult dog food

• BEDDING, TOYS , FOOD/WATER BOWLS

  • ​We kindly ask you to only bring a blanket from home as we provide the rest!!  We are unable to take  bedding (aside from a blanket). We also provide sanitized water and food bowls :)

• JET LAG

  • Your dog may be tired upon returning home which is completely normal

  • There is a great deal of excitement at Gruene Barks & Rec. so give them a few days to get their full energy back 

  • If you have any questions about your dog’s behavior, feel free to give us a call

• NECESSARY PAPERWORK

  • Paperwork and vaccinations MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL​. Please email documents to info@gruenebarksandrec.com or bring in person to 830 Ewelling Lane.
